The proof promise
Nothing is stitched until you've seen it.
All personalized sales are final — because every order is proofed first. You approve a stitched-layout proof of your exact piece before I sew a single stitch.

01
You personalize it
In the previewer — or by email, if you'd rather — you choose monogram or name, the lettering style, the thread, and for a custom piece the body fabric and welt from the full colour card.
-
02
I lay out the real stitch file
I arrange your exact letters as the actual embroidery file — the PES or DST I'll run on the machine — at true size and placement, with the appliqué shapes set for hand-cutting.
-
03
I email you a proof
You get a stitched-layout proof of exactly what will be sewn — the letters, the thread, the placement. Nothing about your piece is left to guess.
-
04
You approve it
Nothing moves until you say yes. If something isn't right, I adjust the layout at this stage — before any thread meets fabric.
-
05
I stitch it
Appliqué, by the same hands every time: the machine stitches the shape, I hand-cut it free, the machine finishes the satin edge.
-
06
It ships
Quick Ship pieces go out in 3–5 business days; custom pieces in about 2–3 weeks. Packed by the same pair of hands that stitched it.

Why sales are final
Made once, made right.
A personalized piece can't be resold, so all personalized sales are final. That's exactly why the proof exists: it puts the decision in your hands before anything is permanent. You see the real layout, you approve it, and then — and only then — it's stitched.
“You'll approve a stitched-layout proof before I sew. Nothing is stitched until you've seen it.”
